ICEO Technologies is a network where professionals ("Members") can connect with and receive advice from world-class experts ("Partners").

The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the services (“Services”) offered by ICEO Technologies Srl, with registered office in Via Polvaries 50, Buja (Udine), 33030, Italy, VAT Code IT03034980304 (the “Owner” or “we”) and apply to any individual accessing and using ICEO Services (the “User” or “you”).

We offer Services both to businesses and to individuals acting in the performance of their profession, as well as to consumers. Please read carefully these Terms. To allow complete understanding, singular and plural words are considered the same.

Eligibility

ICEO is intended solely for persons who are 18 or older. Any access to or use of ICEO by anyone under 18 is expressly prohibited. By accessing and using ICEO, you agree to (i) be bound by these Terms and (ii) that you are 18 years old or older and able to form legally binding contracts.

 

How it Works

ICEO allows Members to connect and schedule online meetings (“Meetings”) in order to receive information and advice from Partners and ICEO. The Meetings consist in online calls in which Partner gives advice to the Member. We facilitate the access to Partners and provide related Services, such as dedicated support, tools, scoring, performance reviews, meeting scheduling and call facilitation. You understand that we do not have control over the conduct nor responsibility for information or advice exchanged among Users.

Services

By activating the Membership, the Member is allowed to book Meetings with Partners  during the duration of the Membership. During the Membership period, the Member has access to all related ICEO Services.

 

Payments and Billing

ICEO could use third-party tools like Stripe and GoCardless for processing payments and does not enter in any way into contact with the payment data provided. The price mentioned is VAT excluded and added if required by law. In the event of non-compliance with the payment terms by Member, ICEO reserves the right to demand immediate payment of the remaining balance amount. The Member shall provide accurate billing information to ICEO to receive the invoice. In this case, the Member declares that the information provided is true and releases the Owner from any liability in this regard.

Attendance Policy

We promote an environment in which the time of everybody is respected. This is why Users not able to attend a Meeting should try to reschedule the Meeting at least 12 hours in advance.

Limitation of liability

In no case shall we and the Partners held liable for any injuries, losses, claims, or any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services. You agree to hold us and the Partners harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, arising out of or in any way connected with our Services and the Partners.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms constitute the main agreement of the parties and supersede all oral negotiations and prior terms with respect to the subject matter hereof. These Terms are governed by Italian law, and any dispute arising from the interpretation, application and execution of these Terms, the Italian Court of Udine shall have jurisdiction.
